To my valued patients,
After many fulfilling years serving this wonderful community, I am writing to share that I will be retiring from my dental practice as of August 21, 2025.
It has been a great privilege to take care of you and your families over the years. The relationships we’ve built mean so much to me, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me.
As I take this next step I am excited to introduce Dr. Trent Kaiser, who will be taking over the practice. Dr. Kaiser shares the same values and commitment to gentle compassionate, high-quality dental care, and brings with him not only excellent clinical skills, but also a warm, patient-centered approach that I know you’ll appreciate.
Dr. Kaiser received his dental degree from Midwestern University of Arizona and has been practicing for 3 years with strong emphasis on family and cosmetic dentistry, preventive care, and an array of surgical procedures including implant placement & restorations. I have full confidence that you will be in excellent hands.
The practice will remain at the same location, as well as our friendly team you’ve come to know. You can expect a seamless transition with your ongoing treatments, appointments, and records.

I feel truly excited and blessed for the opportunity to carry forward this wonderful practice and team that Dr. Abbett has so thoughtfully guided. The trust and relationships she has built with her patients over the years are something I deeply admire, and it is an honor to step into a role where those values remain at the heart of everything we do.
Being born and raised here in Southern Oregon, I’ve always felt a strong connection to the Rogue Valley and the people who make it such a special place. After completing my dental training in Arizona, I knew I wanted to return home. It means so much to now live and work in the community I love, caring for the very people who helped shape who I am.
As this office transitions from Dr. Abbett to myself, many things you value will remain the same. One change you will notice in the future is that the practice name will become Pacific Crest Dentistry. What will not change is my commitment to continuing the tradition of excellent care while also creating a warm and welcoming environment. My greatest priority is building lasting relationships with each of you and making sure you and your family feel comfortable, valued, and cared for at every visit.
